home people john murphy John Murphy John Murphy is an independent consultant who has worked extensively with Novell Pty Ltd in Australia. He works as a specialist in the interface and interaction design area primarily on internet and software projects. He has over 20 years of experience in the various areas of human computer interaction, computer science and engineering, has written and contributed to conference papers in HCI and is an active member and speaker of the Australian HCI group. John has a Masters degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and Ergonomics from University College London, a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Computer Science from Curtin University of Western Australia.
